Ren is a behavior analyst who cofounded Social Development in 2012. She holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology and became a board-certified behavior analyst in 2008. She practiced applied behavior analysis in Florida and California before relocating to Kentucky. Ren specializes in early intervention, language development, play-based therapy, and social skills. She is currently pursuing a second Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Western Kentucky University to become a licensed speech-language pathologist. Ren enjoys spending time with her husband and Irish Wolfhounds, Darla and Guster, Halloween, sewing, traveling the world, and restoring her hundred-year-old home.
