Bradley Abner, M.S., BCBA, LBA
Bradley Abner is a Licensed Behavior Analyst that cofounded Social Development in 2012. Brad received his Master of Science from Florida Institute of Technology and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2009. Brad specializes in social skills training for adolescents, behavior reduction and school consultation. Brad enjoys traveling, spending time with his wife and Irish Wolfhound.
Samantha Cummins, B.A., QASP
Samantha is a Qualified Autism Services Practitioner and has been with Social Development LLC since 2016. She has multiple years of experience with children and teens who have special needs, and primarily focuses on social skills and functional living skills. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in music from Indiana University. Currently, Samantha pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Special Education at Ball State University, studying to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and is anticipated to graduate in the Fall 2019. In her spare time, Samantha likes to spend time with her two cats, Penny Lane and Elton John. She enjoys sewing, traveling, the great outdoors, and Mariah Carey.
Janae Franklin, B.S., RBT
Janae is a Registered Behavior Technician that joined Social Development in the summer of 2015.
Karen Hall, M.S., BCBA, LBA
Karen Hall is a Licensed Behavior Analyst that cofounded Social Development in 2012. She holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2008. Karen practiced behavior analysis in Florida and California before relocating to Kentucky. Karen specializes in early intervention, verbal behavior, language acquisition and social skills training. Karen enjoys spending time with her husband, Irish Wolfhound (Darla), traveling the world,and restoring her hundred year old home.
Jasmine Anderson, B.A., RBT
Jasmine Anderson is a Registered Behavior Technician. She graduated from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice. Jasmine joined Social Development in June 2017. She has always focused her career goals on helping others. Jasmine enjoys spending time outside and staying active, always trying to find the next adventure! Her plans are to further her career in ABA therapy, and eventually pursue a masters degree in the field.
Brandy Sanders, B.A., RBT
Branday Sanders is a Registered Behavior Technician that joined Social Development in 2016. In 2008, Brandy received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Louisville. Brandy is a native of Kansas but traveled a lot due to being a part of a military family. Brandy currently resides in Radcliff where she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Christine Schmude, B.S., BCaBA, LABA
Christine Schmude is a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst. She joined Social Development in summer of 2015. In 2010, Christine earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Old Dominion University. She gained experience working in the mental health field, with children with disabilities, and individuals involved with the legal system. Currently, Christine is pursuing her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling and plans to take the BCBA exam in the fall of 2018. Christine is passionate about ABA because it allows her to apply science, creativity, and compassion while teaching and improving the lives of others. In her free time, Christine enjoys spending time with her two French bulldogs and family, cooking and traveling as much as possible.
Mackenzie Gilliard, B.F.A., RBT
Mackenzie is a Registered Behavior Technician that joined Social Development in March 2018. In 2016, she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art from Missouri Western State University and is beginning a Master of Education in Art Therapy Counseling in Fall 2018 at the University of Louisville. Mackenzie enjoys spending time with family and road trips. She lives in Louisville with her husband and two cats, Dexter and Mose.
