Bradley Abner, M.S., BCBA, LBA
Bradley is a Licensed Behavior Analyst who cofounded Social Development in 2012. He received his Master of Science from Florida Institute of Technology and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2009. He specializes in social skills training for adolescents, behavior reduction, and school consultation. Brad enjoys traveling, spending time with his wife and Darla, and Guster his Irish Wolfhounds.
Samantha Allen M.A., BCBA, LBA
Samantha is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been with Social Development LLC since 2016. She has multiple years of experience with children & teens who have special needs, and primarily focuses on early intervention, social skills, language, verbal behavior, and functional living skills. She holds a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and received her certification as a Behavior Analyst in 2020. In her spare time, Samantha likes to spend time with her cats, Penny Lane, Elton John, and Phoebe. She also enjoys sewing, traveling, and the great outdoors.
Maddie Wise, B.A., RBT
Maddie is a Registered Behavior Technician. She graduated from Bellarmine University with a Bachelor of Clinical Counseling and Psychology. Maddie started working with children on the spectrum in 2020 and plans to continue pursuing opportunities within the field. She joined Social Development in the summer of 2021 and is currently working on becoming a Qualified Autism Services Practitioner Supervisor (QASP-S).In her spare time, Maddie loves to run all around Lousiville with her pet Charly.
Ren Hall, M.S., BCBA, LBA
Ren is a Licensed Behavior Analyst who cofounded Social Development in 2012. She holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2008. She practiced applied behavior analysis in Florida and California before relocating to Kentucky. Ren specializes in early intervention, verbal behavior, teaching language skills through play, and social skills training. She currently is pursuing an additional Master of Science degree in Communication Disorders to become a licensed speech-language therapist. Karen enjoys spending time with her husband, and Irish Wolfhounds; Darla and Guster, Halloween, sewing, traveling the world, and restoring her hundred-year-old home.
Savannah Moore, B.S., RBT
Savannah is a Registered Behavior Technician. She joined Social Development in the summer of 2021. She recently graduated from Union University in Jackson, TN with a degree in special education. She has experience working in the public school system with children who have various disabilities. Savannah loves working out and spending time with her family and golden doodle.
Brittany Everly, RBT
Alicia Burgess, A.A.S., RBT, COTA/L
Alicia is a Registered Behavior Technician. She joined Social Development in the summer of 2019. She earned her degree in Occupational Therapy and is a certified licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant. She has experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, adults with traumatic and acquired brain injuries, and chemical dependency as well as pediatrics with a wide range of diagnoses. In her spare time, Alicia enjoys reading and spending time with her three dogs: Sadie, Bear, and Lucy. She is also, a foster parent and loves spending time with her husband and foster kids to engage in family activities and fun outings.
Colemin "Ty" Theriot, B.S., RBT
Ty is a Behavior Technician who has attained 10 years of experience providing services to individuals with autism, learning impairments, mental health diagnoses, and other developmental disabilities. He has experience in school/classroom, clinical, in-home, community, and hospital settings focusing on a Natural Environmental Teaching approach. He relocated to Kentucky from Texas in the fall of 2019, joining the Social Development, LLC team in the spring of 2021. Ty received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas. He is currently completing a Qualified Autism Services Practitioner Supervisor (QASP-S) certification. As well, he is attending the University of Louisville pursuing a Master of Education in clinical mental health counseling with the goal of hiding dual credentials of aLPCC and BCBA. in his spare time, Ty loves spending time with his family, his two Lab Pei's (Azula and Cleo), painting and exploring the beautiful nature vistas of Kentucky.
Brittany is a passionate RBT, who joined Social Development in the spring of 2021. Her drive comes from her brother who is on the spectrum, he is the reason she decided to pursue a career working with individuals on the spectrum. Brittany graduated from Madisonville Community College in 2013. Upon moving to Lousiville, Ky, Brittany worked for Jefferson County Public School for 5 years and transitioned into ABA therapy in 2019. Her hobbies include being a mother, playing softball and enjoying the outdoors.
